JLW is run by Janet Watts who is an Affiliate to the Institute of Credit Management.

We are a multi-lingual company fluent in both French and Spanish. We are experienced in working with France, Spain and Canada so our ability to adapt to differing working environments is paramount to the smooth running of projects.

With over ten years experience of working within the credit industry, we have gained invaluable experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) specialising in the Receivables Management field.

Working across a number of industries including Retails, Telecommunications, IT, Food, Media and Education. We have considerable experience of cash generation assignments and credit hire.

Within our European wide experience we have worked on project management and in depth assignments both on client premises and within our offices. Some of our projects have included cash generation, query management, process review and redesign, ledger cleansing, staff management, query resolution, systems design and development and staff training and development.
